Goal = Love Your Work, Don’t Live for Weekends, Holidays, or Retirement!
For some people, the corporate life fulfils every need and it’s certainly a great place for development of your skills and experience. However, in an increasingly uncertain and changeable environment, I believe that every professional should consider having a plan for sustaining their lifestyle outside of their corporate career… because you just never know what a day will bring forth!
I also believe that there are too many professionals who are living for their weekends, holidays, and retirement because their career has hit a ‘dead end’… their skills, passions, and talents are no longer being developed and challenged in their every day work. I don’t think this is a healthy long-term state, and it’s what Transformation Coaching is all about: making sure you can continue to develop and truly feel fulfilled every day.
Career Assessment Strategy Session – $595.00 +GST
Your journey starts here!
Your 90 minute introductory session covers the 5 pillars of a successful career:
- Financial Stability and Commitments
- Skills, Gifts, and Interests
- Desired Contribution and Legacy
- Business Experience and Understanding
- Personal Development Goals
At the end of our session you will know far more about yourself and have a wider perspective of where your future interest lie. This also provides us both with an opportunity to discover whether we are a good ‘fit’ for each other. You will also receive a report which details your journey in each of these 5 areas, and (should we decide to work together) an overview of the next 6 months of coaching.
Transformation Coaching for Corporate Executives
Change is scary. Poorly managed change can damage your self-esteem, relationships, finances, and health. For most people, transformation is not something to be attempted in isolation. That’s where an experienced coach who will help you strategically plan and execute your transformation can make all the difference.
There’s a reason why most successful CEOs, athletes, musicians, and high performers in every area of life have specific coaches for the areas of their lives where they want to excel… and it’s the same reason why those who don’t engage coaches rarely reach elite levels of performance. Top performers in every area of life recognise that they have blind spots… strengths and weaknesses that an experienced coach can help them improve, compensate, or overcome more successfully than they could do alone.
My coaching programs include structured 6 or 12 month “Path to Transition” coaching programs which guide you systematically through the process of taking control of each of the 5 areas of life so that you are prepared for transition as well as ad hoc coaching to address various practical and mindset issues which may be limiting your progress. Speaking – Corporate, Networking, and Association Events
Need a speaker for your next event? Consider this…
Branding yourself is becoming an increasingly popular theme for professionals of all ages. From graduation onward professionals of all types are encouraged to think about ‘branding themselves’ to provide opportunity and security in an increasingly mobile and uncertain world. However, as important as this is for helping you make your next career move in the corporate world, it is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to ensuring that your career does more than merely pay the bills and fuel your ego.
Transformation Coaching goes far beyond this concept, which usually focuses on the transactional aspects of branding and career development to look at the essential transformation that underlies most successful transitions. I am an engaging speaker who helps aspiring and current senior executives consider their future options and turn their career into an exciting and meaningful journey of self-discovery and contribution.

Experience Counts! Just Not The Way You Thought it Would.
You’re good at what you do, but that doesn’t guarantee you won’t be made redundant. There are always younger people coming through the ranks. One of the things my own coach worked with me on was appreciating all the business and marketing experience I had gained from working within a corporation. These were skills and opportunities that I might have overlooked.
Large corporations usually have state-of-the-art marketing and business practices. You don’t need to take on extra responsibilities, you just need to open your eyes and really observe what is going on to realise that you have a tremendous opportunity staring you in the face to learn skills that will be critical to your future success, in fact, a learner’s mindset is one of the important foundations for leaving the corporate treadmill.
